Only if you have the lowest, most base definition of "love." In my world, loving someone means you know them, their mannerisms, idiosyncrasies, faults and flaws, as well as their strengths and outstanding qualities, and appreciating them for all that they are, you feel an attraction to be with them now and indefinitely into the future, to the exclusion of all other potential partners.

How could you feel that way if ll you know about them is their appearance? For me, that is called "lust." If you begin pursuing a relationship with that person, it may - over time - develop into love. . . but not in the first 5-10 minutes.

Love at first sight as everyone will say it's just lust and body chemicals excitements like butterflies or giddy feelings of joy - I could get the same effects from a hot coffee or a cold Soda cola - or a nice block of chocolate 🍫 anyways 😋👀 - so sure, I don't say it's not awesome to feel "sudden lust" for new eye candy lol 🍭🍭

Lust, attraction, 100%. Love at first sight, is really pushing it, but it can happen really quick. I was in love with my husband after just a few dates.

Look I think it’s possible but a lot of people fall in love with the image of someone before they genuinely get to know them for who they really are.

When in reality nobody is perfect and any person acting too good to be true might just be…. What’s real love is knowing someone for who they really are. Knowing their flaws. Knowing their weaknesses and never using it against them. Loving them. Loving one another where you are but also pushing each other to be your best self.

That isn’t to say if someone’s abusive or is one sided they someone should stay. It’s just loving a person for who they genuinely are not a perfect picture painted in your head.
