No I'm talking from across the room and then closer. Catching each other looking and holding eye contact for more than a few seconds.

Women will say if a guy doesn't approach then he is a creep. What I'm going through is listening to that advice and approaching and saying hi but the girl isn't mature enough to say they have a boyfriend if they do. But also keep in mind the eye contact and smiles and sometimes more.

Yes I wouldn't be smiling :( I don't mind a glance, but a starenis annoying.

Creeps are creeps because what they do is just strange and makes us feel uneasy. Things that any decent person would find strange behavior.

So women are saying no matter what you do your a creep. I said hi and introduced myself. She said hi and told me her name and said nice to meet you with a big smile. Later I told her that her smile could brighten the world. Nothing creepy in it but creepy is when you aren't mature enough to say your taken and then tell your boyfriend.
