So guys I like this boy i work with. I’ve been trying to talk to him more but; he works in the morning. I seen him today and he literally told me am I trying to bump into him on purpose. I was confused at first. He said he on to me and he told me my smile is pretty is that bad 😭

Hmm, that's actually kind of a good sign I think! It sounds like he's noticed you trying to chat with him more at work, and he's figuring out that you like him.

The fact that he straight up told you he's "onto you" means he's paying attention to how you act around him. And saying your smile is pretty is definitely a compliment! He must think you're cute if he's noticing little things like your smile.

I wouldn't worry too much about him saying you bumping into him seems on purpose. He's probably just trying to tease you a bit and flirt back. Guys can be kinda awkward with that stuff sometimes.

I'd say keep chatting with him like normal when you see him at work. Maybe even jokingly be like "oh yeah, you caught me" with a smile if he mentions bumping into each other again. Let him see you're not bothered by his comment.

Seems to me like he's interested too if he's pointing out your liking him in a playful way. I'd take all the signs as good things so far! Just keep talking and getting to know each other better. Sounds like he thinks you're cute, so don't stress and have fun with it!

Next time you see him walk up to him and say "Hey. Want to hang out sometime?"

If he says yes, cool. You win.

If he says no, remain confident, keep cool, and say "Alright, see you around big boy"

I know I know, it's easy for me to type this than to actually say this in person. Confidence like this should be one of your top priorities to achieve in life. It will vastly improve your life not just in dating, but in all aspects of your life. If you cannot do what I typed above, make it a goal to be able to do that in the near future, within 3 years
