Bonding genuinely takes time and effort form both people. It can be going out on dates, playing games with one another, having those deep conversations, just being there with one another without having to say anything.

I feel sad that so many people both men and women feel the only way to connect with someone is via sexual relations. This is just the furthest thing from the truth if people could have self control they would find themselves having by far more fulfilling relationships.
