Is it wrong I stalked my bfs location?

Si have my bfs location and I decided to check it and I saw he was at a place that I’ve never seen before and I decided to text my friend the name of the place he was at and I didn’t see I sent it to him, I unsent it but not sure if it’s on his laptop but if he sees the message is it wrong of me to do that because lately he’s been depressed and stuff and normally he’s distant and hasn’t really been communicating lately so I was parinoid bc I’ve been cheated on before

I think it depends on the relationship.. a good way to know if what you did was right or wrong is "switch the roles in your mind".. would you mind if he stalked your location?
I personally don't find it wrong
