Its legaly stalking and she could be prosecuted. But legal doesn't mean morally wrong. The legal system never was and never will be perfect. Also have you made it clear to her that you dont like her. Some people dont get things not everyone is socialy smart and of you ghost a woman dont get surprised if she doesn't get the message.

Depends on the situation. Of a girl stalks you she probably has a reason. Maybe she doesn't know what stalking is. Maybe she doesn't realise what she is doing. If i was you i woild message her and tell her straight i feel stalk and scared by you of you contact me again i will contact the authorities. At least. But maybe she just realy likes you so dont be too unkind. Most of the time women stalk men just because they realy like them.

No its no different with men i have been stalked by men many times. One even stalked me for 3 years. I never reported him. He was harmless he just felt rejected. Women who report men for every stupid reasons are toxic bitches.
