Am I a stalker?

I told this guy that i have a crush on him and he told me that he is talking to someone. I still have a crush on him even though i know that its not going to go anywhere i just find it extremely difficult to get over my crushes. i occasionally stare at him and i know its weird and i stare at a lot of people but its different with my crush. I put my phone up and class and i just watch him through the phone but i had no idea that it was obvious until he took a picture. I was staring at him in gym in an obvious way and he told his friend “shes looking in this direction” and his friend said “told you, stalker”. It just made me feel really embarrassed and im not sure how i can overcome this… another incident was where me and my friend made a tik tok that was captioned “when he tall, black, and play sports” which was directed to both of our crushes and she followed him so that he would see it but i am not sure if he saw it. People have called me stalker before and i feel really guilty and creepy because i do not wish to be a stalker. just to clarify that i am 14

Usually a stalker has bad intentions, all you're doing is looking at people. Move on to the next crush and stare at them
