I have a hard time finding a girlfriend?

I'm noy going to lie. I am stuck in my moms house. I am getting older and want a girlfriend. To get married and start a family too. I am 42 though. Things just never worked out. I tried to go to college but my mother wanted me to do it her way. She persuaded me to take one or two classes at a time most of my college years. I never wound up getting a degree because it took too long. Then I tried the workforce but with no degree and having a felony I was not able to get the type of job that would allow me to move out. I feel like my life is wasting away. I saw a guy that had a girlfriend and he was living in his grandmas house. I try Tinder but all I can put as my occupation is a DoorDasher so I don't get too many likes. It is hard to find a girl at m, y age that wants a kid. I will have to date a younger girl. I feel if I had a better job I would be able to get a good girlfriend.

You're an adult, so your mom shouldn't be dictating *how* you go to college or live your life. You have a record now that's interfering with your ability to get a viable job, however you should ask your probation officer for support in finding a viable job at a company that does allow you to earn a proper salary, etc.

get a job. get clean no drugs no criminal behaviour be normal morals and day to day life. then rent a an apartment. and live like that for a while. after that try your luck with online marriage websites or try ur luck with asking a girl if you can get to know each other in real life**
