Is it bad that I highly prefer White women who are heavily tanned even though tans can be dangerous and cause skin cancer?

The title says it, really. I also attached a few pics as examples of what I mean.

To be fair I don't think of pale White women as any less as people. I'm just simply not very attracted to them for the most part.

For the most part I prefer women who are naturally dark skinned anyway like Black women, Indian women, Latino women, Asian women, mixed race women, etc. And White women with dark tans are pretty close to that.

The thing is that White women with dark tans have a more unique type of brown/gold color compared to women who are naturally dark. Which to me is pretty intriguing.

I also like the idea of a woman who is naturally pale but became dark from having so much fun in the sun. I don't know why it's just hot to me.

I also tend to associate pale women with nerdy women who just stay inside all day, and tan women with fun women who like to go outside in the sun and have fun all day.

Granted, I know how dangerous tanning can be and how it can cause skin cancer. So I feel bad about this. I don't expect women to tan just to please me. On a logical level I'd discourage tanning altogether since it can be dangerous, but my irrational side just thinks tan White women look SO fucking good.

Also, if it matters I'm a guy who tans a lot myself. So a huge part of it is I want a girl who is like me and has the same interests as me. We can just have fun at the beach all day.

Either way, as for the pics I attached... damn, it looks like all 3 of those women borderline changed races, but I'm all for it, lol. What sticks out to me the most is how the tan versions have a super shiny reflective glow, which the pale versions completely lack.

That's about it. End of my long ramble. Lol.

TL;DR I just think that heavily tanned White woman look SO fucking good, though at the same time knowing the health risks I feel really bad about it.

It's not a bad thing, I'd judge you if you would bash or offend Women in general regardless.
But you simply have your preferances and I personally respect it.

And ah yeah. I'd never bash or offend Women in general, or really anyone else for features they can't control, such as sex/gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orienatation, age, physical disability, mental illness, etc... basically no discrimination of any kind, lol. I'd really only bash or offend people who are acting nasty or offensive anyway.

But yes, lol. Thanks for respecting my preferences. Preferences are mostly subconscious/involuntary anyway.

From what I read on the internet it seems tans have kind of fallen out of fashion (at least compared to before) due to skin cancer awareness and stuff like that, and understandably so, but I will always love a good tan for both myself and others lol.

They also say tans age your skin, but when you're older you're probably not gonna be too worried about your physical appearance anyway.

Like at age 60+ you'll be old and wrinkly regardless if you tanned a lot in your youth or not.

So might as well enjoy a good tan while we're young anyway, lol. Live it up, no regrets. The only regret would have been not enjoying your youth while it lasted.

Well skin needs protection, I do not walk out of my house without my sunscreen, even during winter. If you just go and tan without protection then it can get risky...

Wrinkles can be reduced by starting to take care of it EARLY, keeping hydrated and all that, obviously, regardless of the TAN like you said, you cannot prevent AGE and wrinkles in general, you can just control and have less of them lol

Ah yes. Moderation just like with anything else.

Sunscreen is always important regardless, no matter how dark you are. Even for Black people it's wise for them to use sunscreen, though less quantity than White people obviously.

Anything without protection and in excess can be dangerous.

Ah yes. Like with most things early is better than later. Keeping hydrated is mandatory for anyone regardless of context, tanning or not, since your body basically relies on water and would die without water in like less than a week.

And ah yes. Age and wrinkles can't be prevented, but control and having less of them is definitely possible.

Yeah better not use that as a standard if you're looking for a LTR.

A couple years ago I ran into a girl from HS who had always had a stunning tan and looked amazing. Now her skin makes her look 20 years older than she is.

In terms of a LTR in general it's best not to have super strict oddly specific standards.

Like if it's something more general like "she must be a good person" or "she must treat others kind" is one thing; but if it's something more specific like "I only date White girls with blonde hair and blue eyes and dimples and freckles and big boobs and a big butt" or "she must be really really into heavy metal and first person shooter video games just like me," especially if you're combining those traits together for an even more specific appearance/personality; then you're probably only setting yourself up for disappointment in the long run. A person without all those traits who is also 100% compatible with you may not even exist.

As for the girl from HS, if she was in like her 60s and up I could say "when you're old and wrinkly anyway bad skin or good skin isn't gonna make too much of a difference." Same way an old person with a tattoo doesn't make a difference when people say "tattoos will look bad when you're old" since when you're old and wrinkly that'll be the least of your worries anyway.

BUT considering you're only 38... yeah, that's an issue. You may not be in your 20s but you're still relatively young overall. I would only consider 60 and up to be old.

So at 38 no one should have terrible skin at that young age.

Ah yeah. That makes sense. People in general really need to be more conscious about sunscreen and skin protection.

In your 30s you should definitely not have really bad skin. Bad skin should really only come around in your 60s where you're old and wrinkly anyway.

So from 30s to 60s that should be about 30 extra years where you still have good skin. Twice the amount you've currently lived. So if you have bad skin that early on you're definitely doing something wrong.

Where I got the pictures from they all said they were White women with tans. They were all like "I was so pale before, but look at me now!"

Guess they were able to deceive me for sure then, LOL.

For the first pic it's harder to deceive since it shows her actual full body and face. Light skinned Black girls usually have different facial features than White girls with heavy tans, so it's harder to fool someone.

But since the other two only show a portion of the body it's much more easy to fool someone. And they definitely fooled me as you can see. LOL!

Yeah, pretty much. I can't exactly explain my preference because it just is what it is, but maybe I just like that generally darker skin doesn't get as sunburn or turn red as much, if at all; and also tends to hide imperfections in the skin, and dark skin tends to have a unique glow to it.

Also certain clothing and colors of clothing really just POP with darker skin. Nothing against lighter skin, but I can't really think of any clothing that pops specifically with lighter skin, unless it's a sort of pale skin and dark/black clothing goth sort of look.

No need for me to justify or overexplain a simple preference, but still those are my reasons. Lol.
