Having people in your life that has a diagnosis or several, can be very rough.

Sometimes you just fall for someone and that's it.
But I would highly prefer to date someone that wasn't mentally ill or fighting with depression.

I have a few friends with a diagnosis, and when they fall in a pit of depression or otherwise, it's rough.
I would love not to add more of that into my life, as ot affects me a great deal when it happens.

Depends. If it is a psychopath or sociopath or bigot or narcissistic weirdo then no way because I’m not putting my life on the line or sacrificing my happiness & sanity dealing with them.

If it is an Autistic, Down Syndrome, or what have you then I would be more compelled to date that individual especially if they are kind, nice, sweet, honest, and respectful in the relationship.

Probably not no I lost my best friend in part due to bad depression I don’t want to go through that experience again.

Possibly, depending upon what and how severe. I am a really happy person and, although I despise manufactured drama, I am fine with helping people through actual trauma.
