I find with people who talk about themselves that way have a very defeatist mindset that will keep people away and then they will feel confirmed in their opinion about themselves and proceed to dig deeper and deeper.

Then its quite common that they are in some form or way anti social as in they dont really leave their home often and get under people much. Rather they will join groups or Communities with like minded people who share their opinions about themselves and slowly start to radicalize.

If you go out and open your eyes you actually see quite some unattractive people having partners. aren't there even very deformed streamers who have a girlfriend/wife?

I suggest staying away from dating apps they are superficial x10 and rather start to build social networks. I stay in contact with some people ik not bec I like them so much but bec they usually introduce me to more people and so on.
