I don't do online dating apps anymore (for many reasons) but when I used to, I don't remember them being bad. It's okay to have a goofy photo or two, as long as you have some face pics and maybe a full body pic of some sort as well.

Having a face front and center is always the best idea, and the rest can be more of the above. Be sure to put some hobbies, what you're looking for (short or long term) and maybe some facts about yourself you find unique. And since you're not a guy, you don't have to include your height since we generally don't give a damn about that, but the body photo will make it break it.

Call it what you will, that is often the end result. I think my longest online relationship was a whopping 2 months maybe.

I have swiped left in the past thinking back to my 20s on dating apps - sometimes though I was amazed when I had basic profile looks like myself now and some chicks, who were more gothic or edgier, actually would swipe me and I'd think to myself "hmm, either they think gullible, simp, or they regret their gothic choices in life and always wanted humble cute ordinary lol*" oh the regret is real lol those ladies - I mean I swiped them left of course lol paledreams here has standards 😄😄😄😈😛

It's also a red flag to put your hand under your chin, photo filters are a red flag, photoshop/green-screen background is a red flag, photos that are all from another country are a red flag, none of the pictures being from the area of where the person lives is a red flag, photos that look like model photos are red flags, photos that look like sfw onlyfans photos are red flags

It depends what you mean by "weird", but yes.

If a woman's pictures are centered on her chest, in sexually suggestive poses, overhead shots, deliberately dark lighting, deliberately distanced shots, or are showing to much skin, then I'll pass on her.

On the flipside some women's pics do spark a feeling of warmth and sincerely or just give good vibes

For people who post sexy pic, because only that all they can offer to attract people.
