It is a simplistic way of looking at the situation but in a way yes. Dating apps expand the market worldwide so of course the richest men are going to do really well.

He will likely just do the good old "kum & go" to every woman in his inbox because he can afford to do that. Men who don't have that many options will more likely be in it for long-term, but they can't compete as well as the top 10%.
