Is it a red flag if a man posts his entire day on social?

I'm talking everywhere he goes during the day, he has a picture of himself, or the location on his IG stories.

Depends how old he is. This is what I would expect from an 18 year old dude. But guessing by your age range, I am assuming that is not the case. I'm 23. I post on Instagram like once a month. Stories, maybe like once every 2 weeks or something. I know a guy who posts almost everyday, and if I didn't have a thing for him I would even argue that what he does is too much. It's usually only 1 or 2 pictures, but no one actually cares about other people enough to keep up with their life on a daily basis.

Depending on how he acts outside of social media, perhaps he's just unaware of the unwritten social media etiquette, but maybe he is an attention seeker, or in rare cases, a narcissist and believes that people should want to see what he's doing.

He''s 40! He says he does it so he can look back at all his memories and pictures. But it's non stop IG stories starting from the morning until night. He doesn't even have that many followers. I put him on mute.

HAHA, that is so funny to me. Yeah, to me it just sounds like he doesn't understand that people don't wanna all of it. Hopefully he is more self aware in other areas of his life :)
