What I mean by that is, generally women take a dim view of all selfies. Well, I keep mixed company whenever I'm at a party, a ballgame, camping etc. It has always made me wonder how you're viewing the other women in the pics. Are you asking yourself my relation to them? Are you comparing how you stack up to them? Are you to a lesser extent rating me based on the women I keep in my company?
Do you ever wonder how guys are perceiving your pics, or the men in them?

I don't like knowing a guy has dated girls who are more attractive than me. Not jealousy, but I will size up my competition and not interact with a profile if he has attractive girls on there. If you want to use girls to prop up your social status on a dating site, it's not necessary.
Take a photo of yourself next to some very good looking guys, maybe get a crowd of good looking guys around you and you are standing in the centre. The good looking guys elevate your status just as much as the good looking girls, and it is less likely to scare other girls away if they feel they don't compare to the girls in your profile in fitness or facial appearance.
Or if they don't allow photos of other males on your profile, photograph yourself driving a vacation rental car, or dancing at a Mexican resort or drinking champagne in Las Vegas with a happy birthday cake on the table etc... that shows you have a social life, even without photos of others inside it.
How bout the opposite? If you consider the women LESS attractive then you, would that turn you off?
I think it might show he is not attractive to good looking women. No women at all is what I recommend. You could post a photo with a dog or of a cat or bird or at a zoo.
