How can I seem attractive most guys?

i realize how bad the title sounds right now but just listen. for preference I've dated like 3 guys and onky kissed one, but i have a lot of guy friends that i talk to almost everyday. i usually dont have a boyfriend, but only because im extremely busy with school and my sports. recently im ahead on all my school work and one of the sport seasons just ended, so i kinda wanna start dating someone.

the problem is the only guys that i usually attract are like loud more popular guys, and thats not what i want. dint get me wrong i like talkative guys, but it seems like its ONLY those obnoxious ones that like me. I've always kinda had a thing for guys who are still talkative but not as loud, and like not constantly hitting on girls. I don't know if its how i dress, (i dress pretty much like a normal teen girl, crop tops and leggings a lot) or how i do my makeup, but i can't attract the guys i want.

ima bfr, i like getting attention from the louder guys cause thats who im usually friends with, but thats not who i actually wanna date. any advice on how to attract shy and respectful guys?

If you want to date somebody you have to get to know who they are better. The people who are more confident will talk directly to you while shyer people might not feel as comfortable so you’d probably have to take the initiative. People are less likely to judge who girls interact so use that to your advantage and talk to whoever you like.


Ask a shy guy in your class if you want to study with him for a test and you can get to know him more or sit with him at lunch. There should be people you’d want to know more about. I can be very confident and also shy so I have a pretty good feeling about what that’s like if you want to know why somebody might behave the way they do.

good idea there's this one guy i like and he's kinda shy around everyone and it seems like he's hinting at interest in me (saying i look pretty, talking to his friends about me, asking to hangout in bigger groups) and i see him at a lot of bigger hangouts cause we are friends with a lot of the same people, and he barely talks to me. he texts me all the time too, but im confused why he won't talk to me in person. i was thinking maybe he doesn't want other people to know he likes me, or he's just shy?

It’s pretty obvious he likes you but if you like him too then ask him out to do something. Hangout at your house to watch a movie or to go to the park to play basketball, it doesn’t really matter what you do.

Guys like that probably won’t really ever fully be comfortable with talking directly to you but if you tell him what you want to do he’d probably be happy doing it.

If you like him tell him he’s cute and you want to spend some time with him. He’ll probably be more interested in you. Otherwise you can just ask him to do something friendly.

Don't be afraid to approach a guy you like and start talking to him, there's a good chance he may be to shy to approach you.
