I used to be ENFP/ENTP cusp and now I got ESFP. Did I get dumb or what?

Lmao it is what you are born with, but through learning about your weaker functions you can work on them and upgrade yourself rather than change yourself. Its like Pokemon you become upgraded you seem like you have changed in some form but you are yourself at the core just with different tools to go on about your life. Maybe how well you answer the test changes xD Sometimes we're distracted, or going through a phase, or overthinking.
Id answer the test in a moment where life feels most stable, and answer it with reality, not "ideals" of yourself, then the result should be more representative

Yeah since mbti are just surface levels types, they can definitely change. For instance, I found out after taking the test earlier this year that the last two letters are interchangeable for me depending on my mood, the environment, preference, etc. My default serious mode is intj though & I tend to prefer being around intj's.

It very well can. People change all the time, so does their mindset and the entries they'd fill during an online personality test which will depict different results.
