Yes, I have before , it just depends on the chemistry and connection I share with her and how attracted we are to each other. If she is respectful to me I will be respectful to her and her kid or kids , I prefer her not to have any kids’ but it’s not going to stop me from liking her if she treats me like Gold

No. I want kids of my own and I don't believe I'd treat their kids the same as my own kids if I were to have kids with them.

My feelings on the matter may change as I get older, but that's how I feel about it at the moment.

I used to say no to this question but I am now dating a guy who is older and has an 18-year-old in college so that doesn’t bother me if it was a small child I wouldn’t date them.

It's not about the kids it's about the woman and if she's somebody that you're in love with that's what it's all about the kids are part of her so they all come as a package but yeah if I'm in love with the woman and she has kids then I have to know that it's a package deal and the kids need just as much respect as the woman does just because her kids doesn't mean anything

By the time you get to be around 30 years old, and if you have no children of your own, refusing to date someone who has kids will eliminate about 95% of the potential dating pool. I understand why some people may make that decision, but you must remember that every decision has consequences.

Within my lifetime and obviously because of my age , I have done so on numerous occasions , but I had children myself at 28 years old , for young guys in their 20s I'd certainly advise against , as you get older the numbers may skew to women with children.

I was never big on the idea of having children. So when a man I knew from work who had children asked me out I was a bit nervous to accept. However here we are, 5 years later and I've never had a problem with it! He has his kids 5 days a week so I see them often and they are wonderful. I'm so glad I didn't let my initial fear of children scare me away. However it does take some work. We don't get date nights as often as we would otherwise but I don't mind that too much.

Does she weaponize the kids against a guy and use them as a tool?

How do the kids behave?

is the father still around?

Does she actually have time to date with kids?

I guess I would go out to find out a few things. But, it could be over real quick.

Probably not. I want kids and a woman with kids is less likely to want more; plus most of them seem to want guys they date to pay for the babysitter which they vastly overpay. If I am going to pay for the babysitter I will need to vet their qualifications and their pay.

I did and honestly very sweet guy, I made sure to take mental notes when was getting to know him. Like how he talked about his children’s mother. If he was always disrespecting her etc it would had been a red flag for me. or how he handled co parenting etc like those things was the deciding factor in it all. I liked how he also said him and the kids are a package deal.

It surely wouldn't be my first choice, so if she's okay with that even tho she shouldn't be but that's the best I can personally do cause I'd obviously prefer someone that doesn't have kids.

I wouldn't rule it out but it would depend on circumstances. I had a friend who married a woman with two kids and they all got along great - he was devastated when one of the kids died in an accident.
