Well it depends on the situation it’s completely normal for friends of the opposite sex to catch feelings. It’s not normal if you catch those feelings for family though LMAO…

Anyways, how do you know that he is not interested in you. Have you made a move directly and he shot you down? Then yes being friends is fine he knows how you feel and being able to deal with it maturely and still be able to be friends is important for both people.

If you haven’t told him. Then just tell him at least it’s out there. If he does like you then you you’ll have your chance before he finds somebody else. If he isn’t into you you’re not wasting your time and wondering what it could of been.

If he already has a significant other then allow those feelings to pass and don’t act on them. If his relationship doesn’t last and you haven’t moved on by that point then you can say something.
