I'm not sure whether your question is about height or personality? I'll address each separately.

Regarding height, in the context of human attraction, tall is masculine and short is feminine. Straight men are attracted to femininity, and straight women are attracted to masculinity.

Regarding personality, a lot of women are attracted to the dark triad of male personality types: Machiavellianism, narcissism, and psychopathy. Those traits correlate strongly with women's perception of masculinity.
