Why do couples wear matching clothes?

I’ve never had a boyfriend so I’ve never worn matching Clothes with one, but at my job if a boy likes me they will try copy my style and wear the same color I wear , or try to match with me the same day so we are the same.

I always wanted a boyfriend that wore matchingg girlfriend clothes , for holidays or for a pic, or simply any day. It’s kinda a love language for me, it feels like secure and cute showing others you are together. It gives me a sense of peace.

The woman thought it would be cute, and the guy loves the woman so he just went along with it.. Or maybe if he's like me, part of him liked it as well.. But it's mostly cause the woman wanted it..
