Then she just isn’t available and you have to accept it so you can move on. You’re the one who reached out, which to me says you’re in a place where you’re ready and available to date. But one thing you always have to keep in mind is that just because the time is good for you does not mean it is good for whoever it is you’re trying to begin something with. Her situation is awful and I hope she finds the strength one day to leave him, but that doesn’t make it your cue to wait around until that time comes.

To be honest, I think you would be fishing for quite a while.
If what she says is genuine, she sounds like she is in no place to be dating or hooking uuuup with someone right now, and it sounds like it would come with quite a bit of drama.
If you want to help her emotionally, then you should, but I wouldn't do it with the intent of forming a relationship with her. And I definitely would be careful of getting into a situation where you are sending her money.
