Is it my fault or my boyfriend’s fault?

So he told me the other day that his friend was coming to visit, and
I said “oh isn’t it a rush that you be play with them after work?”
He said no “we are just having dinner and it’s enough”
So today I sent him a message “Are you coming late tonight”.
He said “I’m not coming home today and tomorrow.”
I said “oh why? Where are you going?”
He said “X city”
I said “You said your friend was coming to visit you, and now you’re going to another city after work? It’s a rush.”
He said “what are you thinking now?”
I said “idk what I think. You’re being so secretive.”
He said “what? Being secretive? My old friend came and I just receive them.”

Well the point is he took a day off and didn’t even say anything when I said “going to another city after WORK.” Also, if I didn’t ask him where he was going, he wouldn’t even say it in the beginning.

If you're in a relationship where someone has to be at fault for something you're both going to be miserable because of each other 🤷🏻‍♂️ This is what people in relationships can't understand and why I prefer to remain single.
