Why do women find it so easy to talk to me?

I have noticed this recently that women always strike up a conversation with me, even if they are a stranger. Whenever I’m with my friends women always talk to me first instead of my friends or they are more nice and smiley towards me. For example there is still off license that is near me house that I go to every now and again, I’ve seen this cashier girl twice and for some reason she was asking me personal like `where are you from’, where do you live etc. what is the verdict, do I happen to just be approachable.
