What if she told you that lots of guys like her because they think she's hot? You'd probably blow a gasket and say something mean. You'd either say she wasn't so hot or you would accuse her of being a slut.

It sounds like she either doesn't get that men's expectations from women is not the same as woman's from men. Or just annoyed that a lot of other women are capable of filling those expectations of yours. No one wants to feel easily replaced.
