Girls, Is my friend joking and honestly being rude to me, and how do I tell her that I don't appreciate her behavior?

So I'm in highschool, freshman year and I have a friend group and there's I believe 4 people including me in this group so technically 5, There's my main friend who I'll just call A. And my other friends who I'll call, T, N, M. I have a stable relationship with N who does tend to tell me that I'm getting on her nerves but I get that a lot so it's a little easy for me to ignore it, T and I share art class so we chat it out there and then there's M, Now M and I only have lunch and gym together, we talk about anime manga etc but she's rude to me as hell, everytime I'm trying to joke with everyone she tells me shut up or when I'm talking to my main friend. she always always always interrupts me when I'm talking to A or she says rude things to me then says "Love you" For some reason. There was one time while we were at the lunch table and I as paying attention to my phone and sketchbook etc when I heard her talking about hair and all that jazz and she says "Especially you, you need to cut off your hair." And she was dead serious and ofc I felt hurt because I'm very insecure about my hair it's short, 4c messy you name it. Same day some boys at a table make fun of her and she comes back crying which was a bit strange because that's how she makes me feel when she makes rude comments about me, she also takes my things out my bag and throws it around cause it's "Funny" but to me it isn't, i lost somethings because of that and I did tell her stop. She also just insults me for no reason without specifying it's a joke so I don't understand at all.. what do I even do? I want to tell her to stop being rude but I'm not sure if she'll understand.
