What does turning around after talking to someone of the opposite sex?

If you meet someone maybe for the first time... you talk and eventually the conversations end. you both go your ways but you turn around to look at that person... more like checking them out. Does that mean you like... love them or find them interesting?

for me I don't turn around if I have another job/anything important to do waiting but hypothetically If i did it would be to look at the behind and assess
