There is a lot I would say someone whose genuine. Has integrity. Kind. Honorable. Brave. Loving. Respectful. Nurturing. Things of that nature are definitely the most important.

Everything else is just gravy on top. Looks. Humor. Even intelligence is secondary to who someone CHOOSES to be versed what’s out of their control. Someone can look good and even come off as charming but be a horrible person

Effort. Because the woman who really wants to know me, who really wants a relationship with me WILL put in the effort. To any other woman it's a clear indication I'm just another man to her. And why would you want to build anything with someone who thought that way of you.
