Well you can look for areas that you might be able to rebalance daily activities. Maybe she can watch you when you play sports. I know that isn't exactly quality time but it still is a chance for her to see you. That and when you have other outside activites (from work) that she could participate in you should invite her to do so. Now work is another issue. You can't really do much there. One thing is meeting for lunch a couple times a week. Other than those suggestions you just need to look at what downtime you actually have and see where you can fit in more time with her. She also has to understand that you can't add more hours to the day and certain responsibilities that you have you can't ignore.
If she’s important to you, find ways to spend more time together doing things you both enjoy. If you’re too self-centered to do that, don’t necessarily expect her to give in.
Spend more time with her.
