Why people make fun of LDS aka Mormons?

Quirky and strict modern religions are absurd from an outside perspective. To Christians they're a fruitcake cult/sect. Atheists don't see them as any more fruitcake than other Christians, we just think that it'd be nice of those other Christians would realise their own religion is the same but older. Same for basically all theistic religion. I don't personally make fun of any of them, but I privately think that even the smartest of them are running on beliefs they can't possible prove. I've seen and heard more apologetic arguments than most believers, and genuinely wanted to believe so that I could feel comfortable around my own family when they're being overtly religious in their views, but so far nothing has convinced me.

I don't actually know anything much about them but I think the consensus is that they are so restricted and straight-laced in order to "live right" by laws of Jesus that they are viewed as no fun. No humour. Boring people and worse, judgmental on everyone who isn't living the same life.

Whether that's true or not is another thing.. but all races and religions have stereotypes about them.

I know that they don't consider marriage as legal unless performed in the Temple. They also believe that they can be gods too in charge of their own planet. Their beliefs rely on the word of two angels who gave Joseph Smith the Book of Mormon. They were more likely demons trying to lead them astray.

I don’t know, but they just annoying here. They like to spread their belief door to door, to invite non believers to come to their church.

Why would you door to door invite people to come to the church. And people who invite door to door others people also stupid. If people need to go to clubs, they would go without you invite them, and people who think need to go to church they Would know where they need to go without you asking them. Your belief is your choice, and your concern until you try to convince people.
