Not really. If I rejected him that means that I had no interest in him romantically, wasn’t attracted to him or just flat out didn’t like him. There is one guy though that I feel bad about not liking him back, because he was a nice guy and would have treated me well, and because I did like him as a person but I also knew that I couldn’t see myself falling in love with him the way he deserved and I didn’t think that was fair to him, so I let him go. I hope he does find someone to fall for who also loves him back though.

I have tried to reject a few men. The reason is due to the lack of attraction, creepy behaviour , and unwavering obsession with myself. As I say tried as they don't seem to get the picture

I'm curious, what is unwavering obsession mean to you? And did you reject him without communicating with him first?
I might have done this a time or to, maybe I'm guilty of it too.

@Ironco unless you are repeatedly texting every 3-4 days after being repeatedly asked to stop. Doing this for 3 plus years after and turning up at the workplace. I think you might be ok.

      Ok, now I understand.
I thought you were talking about the other guy being too clingy when dating.
      I see your point.

It's not a big deal to reject someone, unless they have some type of mental problem. I've done it and the girl wasn't heartbroken about it, maybe just a little disappointed. Now, if you're talking about leading someone on and perhaps even having sex with them as a friends with benefits type thing, then telling them you don't wanna be around them anymore, that's different. That's kind of cruel and something I wouldn't do.

Yes and no. I mean I do. But given the opportunity again I'd probably still reject her. I know that probably doesn't make sense to you. But it does make sense in a weird way.

No it does. Maybe you weren’t ready at the time? Love alone isn’t always enough to make things work out.

Yeah. And today we're still good friends (to her credit). I don't know if the situation were reversed if my ego would be strong enough to do the same. Now today she's married with kids. I do regret it because of what an exceptional woman she is/was. But she seems very happy now and even if I had the opportunity I wouldn't want to interfere with that. I had my shot, and I blew it. Sometimes I think it's better it worked out this way. Because now I'll always have "what if" in my mind. Because if we had dated it might have not worked out. Then we might not even be friends now.

I usually reject someone when I see an insurmountable obstacle.
Im very solution oriented so when it’s something that can be fixed I’ll give it a shot.

So no. I have never regretted rejecting someone because I know that in all those cases it was for the best
