First step red face kind of trying to catch your breath walking away saying f*** damn it with a big smile on your face

Second step looks I decide to see if anybody was watching to see how embarrassed you should be

Third step deep breath everything will be okay

Fourth step well it's okay that just means she wasn't for you

Fifth step turn your head side to side see if anybody's looking

Six step another deep breath well you know there's a reason for everything in this world and you should have asked why but then again it's okay that you didn't because that's her business and she would offered you the reasoning behind it if she wanted to or she thought about it

Seventh step wipe to sweat from your brow

8th step smile it's okay it doesn't mean anything it's not even a rejection so quit using that word

9th step there's something going on in her life that there's a reason for it it's not a big deal get a hold of yourself laugh about it

10th step well damn it she doesn't know what she could have had LOL

But it's okay because it really means nothing it just means that she says she can't go out with you that's all there's a reason for it it means nothing


100 steps more and it's over with done forgot about

500,000 steps more you run into her one day and she says hi and you say hi and she says look I'm sorry that I said no to you it's just because this was going on or this was going on and I didn't feel it was right and you say no it's all good it's all good

500,000 and one steps she says well do you still want to take me out and you said well I would but I can't because I'm dating somebody right now and then you have to look into her eyes and see the sadness and the just everything and feel that energy and emotion coming from her and then that's when you ask her if she's okay can you give her a hug say hey you never know what's going to happen maybe one of these days we'll both be free at the same time or something then you kind of pull away look at each other and you feel bad because now you know what she's going through and she walks away counting her steps

Everything happens for a reason in this world it's not a rejection and you want to go get something to eat no I can't I'm sorry is that a rejection no you're busy

hey I'm going to go to a concert you want to go with me no I can't I got to go do this and do that okay that's not a rejection that's people have things that they're doing in life that it's nobody else's business and they're not Liberty to tell you because it's nobody's business but they just said no that's all I said it's not a big deal



I've been through maybe three or four turn Downs I've turned down three or four I know both sides of the story it's not that big of a deal it's something that we all go through quit being embarrassed about it because there's nothing to be embarrassed about

but if there is a lot of pain... it means you waited too long... you lived in your own world developing expectations...

denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.…. Just allow yourself to go through the process women as well. People get stuck on the denial and bargaining stages. They don’t want to deal with the anger or depression.

A lot of people wait a long time before approaching someone they like they build such a massive fantasy in their head on someone who may not even be attracted to them as well as if they are they wait so long that they move on. As well as the fact that once they get to know the person they may not even be attracted.

It’s best to date someone…. Get to know them for the real them and vice versa them getting to know you. To see if you’re compatible. As well as if you’re rejected it’s easier to move on.

Rejection can sting but some people aren’t meant to be. Rejection romantically isn’t rejection as a human being. A girl whose a bitch to your about it yeah it can hurt but she’s not worth your time and energy anyways. She did you a favor.

But you’re not wasting your time at that point. So you can find someone who genuinely likes you.

It's fine. I've been rejected all my life, it's part of life. There mostly is no dealing to it, as rejection often happens before anything else does. If you've been going through an entire process and get rejected later on- those hurt, and they take a lot longer to process, but still- it's life. Just don't take it personal, even when it is. No reason to dwell what you couldn't change anyway.
