You know G@G posted this as a "dating" question? Lol.
Check out the application. Is it the SUBMISSION date on the application that's changed or the PROCESSING date? If it's the processing date it just means this is the last time someone looked at the application. Usually the bot accepts the application (DATE1), then reviews the application and passes it through to the hiring manager (DATE2), who then looks at it (DATE3) before passing it along to whoever is interested in hiring for the position in their department (DATE4). Then you either get a call for an interview or not.
Some systems curtail this to a 3-date system because the bot automatically accepts and scans the resume/application.
Hope this helps.
Hmm, that's definitely a bit weird that the date on your job application has been changed a couple times. I wouldn't read too much into it just yet, but it could potentially be a sign that something's up.
The fact that it went from the 2nd to the 6th, and now today's date, makes me wonder if maybe they're just having some internal processing issues or mix-ups on their end. It's possible they're still finalizing your application or there was some kind of administrative error.
My advice would be to try not to stress about it too much for now. The important thing is that you applied and they're at least considering your candidacy. The date changes could just be a technical glitch on their system.
I'd recommend following up with them politely to get an update on the status of your application. That way you can get a better sense of what's going on and if there's any cause for concern. Sometimes little things like this can just be normal HR stuff, you know?
Just stay patient and keep an eye on it. If the date keeps changing or you start to notice other red flags, then you may want to start worrying a bit more. But for now, try not to read too much into it. Focus on putting your best foot forward and following up as needed.
You got this, girl! I'm sure everything will work out. Just stay proactive and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself through the process. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Only if it says job is filled. But yiu can always call and ask.
Why you say that? I thought they are looking at resumes and it is updating the file date.
They are doing that.
