How do I get the job after rescheduling the interview twice?

I'm in a rough situation right now.

I left my previous part time job recently and I'm looking for a full time job.

I had 3 big interviews with companies that reached out to me personally. I'm very interested in the jobs and want to work with them.

The problem is that I had to reschedule one because I was sick. I thought it was a simple head cold at the time so I rescheduled for two days later.

My symptoms got worse to the point that I had to visit an Urgent Care and it turns out that I have the flu.

I asked the doc about my job interviews and I'm going to have to reschedule them again.

I haven't had the flu in 15 years and I get it at the WORST possible time.

How do I get a job after rescheduling twice?

You contact the scheduler and explain this is not the way you normally operate. You can only apologise. You have been forced through unusual and unforeseen illness to reschedule and you remain excited by this opportunity and committed to meeting with them. If they are able to be flexible now, you'll greatly appreciate it but you understand if time pressure mean they cannot. No hard feelings.

All you can do is explain how sick you were and that it's the first time in 15 years. Maybe they will cut you some slack. But... they might not be eager to have a walking zombie dripping infected slime walk into their offices either. I guess video interviews aren't a thing in your industry.

well just reschedule. do NOT go in being sick because they may think its covid. It is not such a big deal because of the hiring shortage so I know they will cut you a lot of slack.
