Job application status changed one week after the interview?

Had an interview two weeks ago and didn't hear anything from the recruiters yet despite thinking that The interview went pretty well. My interview was conducted by the Manager of the department and one HR lady. A few days ago I noticed they changed my application status to "interview completed" exactly one week after the interview. Is this a good sign or it doesn't mean much? I've heard of some people who received a rejection email after being interviewed. So far I'm done with the interview process next step will be background checks and upload all the documentation.

It looks like it's a really standardized application process due to lots of applications. Since there's so many applicants, it probably took them a week to update the interview status on everyone's application, and that it's just a check mark they put on everyone's application who went through the interview.

I hope you checked back in with them 4 business days after the interview. and 10 days if nothing has been received. Obviously, they are finished officially processing you.

Nobody ever sends rejection notices anymore. You just do not hear anything. After 3 or 4 weeks you probably did not get the job.
