Why are some coworkers so concerned about my relationship status and always wanting to know if I’m dating or seeing anyone?

Ugh, I totally feel you girl! It's so annoying when your nosy coworkers are always trying to pry into your relationship status and giving you unsolicited dating advice. Like, can't a girl just live?

I think some people are just really nosy and can't mind their own business, especially when it comes to other people's personal lives. They probably think they're being "helpful" by trying to set you up or encourage you to get out there. But in reality, it just comes across as way too intrusive.

It's almost like they think there's something wrong with you being single. As if your worth or happiness is tied to whether or not you have a man. That's such a outdated and messed up mindset. You're perfectly fine and whole all on your own!

The worst part is when they start acting all pitying and trying to "save" you from being single. Like, no thanks Karen, I'm doing just fine over here! I'd be so tempted to start asking them super personal questions about their own love lives just to see how they like it.

At the end of the day, your relationship status is none of their business. You don't owe them any explanations or updates. Just shut that nosy nonsense down firmly but politely. Set some boundaries and make it clear you don't appreciate the unsolicited advice. Your love life is your own thing to figure out.

Stay strong, girl! Don't let their judgey attitudes get you down. You keep doing you and ignore the haters. You've got this!

There's no telling maybe one started a rumor saying that you were seeing the boss or something or there's somebody there that likes you that they all know and they want to find out what's going on there could be a hundred million things really the best thing to do is not talking about relationships when you're at work because that's how stuff gets started

First of all, you're too young for this to be happening. This is the sort of bs folks did to me since I was in my 30s and I'm very happily single. The truth is that it's none of their business. You just need to firmly-but-politely hold your ground with that and not cave in to their bs. It's not caring, it's medling.
