There's only so much you can do with your looks but you can still dress nice, and you can always improve yourself as a person. Work on yourself, work on improving your career and be friendly out in public. You don't need to be anything special to pick up women in public because the vast majority of guys are too scared to approach women in public so if you learn that skill, you'll have hardly any competition
