At your young age it is very important to understand that when you reject a guy for mistreating you... you are teaching him a lifelong lesson that he will remember and will help make him into a better guy fro the girls/women he meets later in life. And it's also true that when a guy rejects a girl this can happen to her too. It way more likely these changes occur when you are young then when you get older too.

So, if he did something horrible for you... it is not JUST about you. It is about how he will treat others.

Also you weren't married. There is no need/reason for you to give someone a second chance if they did something horrible to you in a relationship/dating. Just don't be a hypocrite. If you have done something similar you have to consider that too.

If I reject someone I have a very good reason so no I wouldn't give them another chance because I didn't give them the first chance...

And just because somebody gets told no that doesn't mean it's a rejection there's a reason for the no answer there's a reason for the yes answer and sometimes it's people's business and sometimes it's not but it's not rejection it's sorry but I just can't do it right now there's things going on in my life and blah blah blah

Thinking back to when I did rejecting... I was told as a teen I was oblivious to boys interest. I wasn't, just had more interest in horses and dirt bikes and some. So boys often said "Asking again..." when they never asked in the first place. They just hinted and I ignored. lol
It was never about rejecting them it was rejecting the drama of relationships and possibilities of getting pregnant too young. Everyone around me was a teen mother or pregnant.
I had a life to live.
When I grew into myself I did the asking. Never did ask anyone out who had previously asked me, as they were all taken and parents by that point. My generation. Honestly.

It honestly depends on the situation. I'm thinking of two instances from my own life... One (where the guy was violent) I'd say no way to a second chance because habits like that don't change. Another (where the guy honestly just showed poor judgement once) I'd possibly consider a second chance.

Unless they were someone I didn’t know but got to know them or I was in a relationship at one time but not anymore. Then I may give them a chance however most of the time I know when someone isn’t going to be a good fit. That doesn’t always mean that I have anything against them but I don’t want to waste her time either so she can find someone who is a better fit.

If it was someone I had already gone out with I might but if it was someone I didn't want to go out with because I wasn't attracted to them or something I wouldn't.

they're still the same person. why would i waste my time rejecting them again? if i rejected them before that means i'm not attracted and i can't see anything happening that magically would make them attractive suddenly.
