Should I message number of girlfriend potentially being cheated on?

So this morning I had a call. A woman driving and I was at work. She said something that sounded like why is your number in my boyfriends WhatsApp?

She might have said husband. Was hard to hear and I was caught off guard and the call cut off.

Now it's driving me crazy not knowing! I don't use WhatsApp with many of my FBs. I've had tinder guys numbers. But none recent. I have work colleagues and messaged a few on WhatsApp in December for work related topic. Could be so innocent? Or not? But what would I even say now? Or better to leave it be?

Yeah I just leave it be for now but if she calls you again maybe ask some questions it just must be a misunderstanding.

I'm wondering if it's my monthly FB who lives far cos he only messages late at night when "out for a walk" and says he lives with his sister. And he's been out of communication for two months.
