My friend said that my reasonings for rejecting a woman were petty?

I’d been seeing this woman for about three months and she finally did the whole “what are we talking about”. I finally told her that I don’t see this going anywhere. She asked why and I told her it was because I don’t think we are compatible enough for an actual relationship. She ended things with me two weeks ago.

A friend asked me about the situation and when I revealed that the reason that I didn’t think that we were compatible was because she is a loner, he thought that it was a stupid reason.

I’m not having second thoughts. I think that she is beautiful and I enjoy her company, but she very reserved and a homebody. I typically date women who are socially outgoing and well connected.

It doesn't take three months to figure out that you two aren't compatible. It takes perhaps a month (2-3 weeks).

She's a loner? That was your reason? If you're into the socially outgoing etc. then why waste this woman's time for so long? You could tell from perhaps the second day you're together that she's not outgoing. Smh.
