They make everything about themselves, they are never wrong and always right , they point fingers at you before pointing fingers at themselves first , if anything goes wrong or something bad happens , it’s never their fault it’s always your fault , Narcissists don’t take accountability for their own selfish actions and behaviors. They are good at manipulating you to make you feel you are the problem , not them. They always have to be right. If they cheat on you and you bust them , it’s your fault why they cheated. If you are in a relationship with a narcissist you are best to reconsider that relationship right away. And walk the other way

There will be signs such as someone just being too good to be true and slowly start taking those things away from you.

Number one your emotions AREN'T valid. When you feel sad, angry, or anything they don’t have time for your negativity. You’re just too sensitive. You need to be strong. Yada yada yada… HOWEVER, their feelings you must bend over backwards. Walk on egg shells. Understand them and be emotionally supportive to THEM! When theh never do the same for you unless there is a agenda behind it.

Double standards obviously… When they do something there is always a excuse or justification behind why they’re doing it. But they never extend that mercy to you. You must accept them for their imperfections but you must also live up to their perfect unrealistic one sided expectations. You don’t love me. Guilt tripping.

Using intimacy as a control mechanism. Withholding sex. Withholding emotional support. Withholding things such as hand holding, kissing, cuddling, etc. Unless they’re getting what they want. Silent treatment. Threatening to leave you.

The discard phase…. The discard phase is especially painful. They move on to someone else and leave you behind. They may occasionally reach out to keep you supplying them as well as keep you interested enough in them that you are a fall back.

The worst thing is narcissists know they’re going to leave you before they do. The narcissist ALWAYS has a plan. They have the person they’re moving onto all planned out in their head and how they’re going to leave you. Rarely will they tell you the truth… It will be more lies and manipulation.

Narcissists are CHEATERS…. 9/10 at least. Habitual cheaters. Chronic cheaters. They need supply and people to fall back on. They don’t form genuine connections and even when the relationship seems to be going good. You’ll notice they are defensive if you want to ask them a simple question like where they are going.

They are often only interested in themselves and not talking about anything that doesn't involve or benefit them. One friend I have that is that way would rather show off their possessions than doing anything else.

Does something feel wrong? It doesn't matter whether he's a narcissist. If it doesn't feel quite right, it isn't and you should end the relationship.
