Short girls dating short guys, how happy is your relationship?

Yes, guys under 5'9 can get girls (although their dating pool will be 3-4 times less than a tall guy), but are their partners really happy? If there is one thing that I have observed in my life is how couples where the guy is short are usually very unhappy, especially the woman. Girls dating tall guys however seem to be happy all the time. There are also statistics that show that large height differences between a taller husband and wife correlate with the wife's happiness and satisfaction. Is height really the only thing that matters to women? Even the women who say it doesn't matter probably subconsciously crave tall guys. Short guys should just give up on dating entirely as women will forgive cheaters, liars, abusers etc... but will never forgive a guy for being short.

Why do people put so much emphasis on something so trivial?

Do you honestly think that a tall man cannot be a player, a criminal, an addict, a junkie or a total red flag? Are only shorter men all of the above?

Does a tall man have a higher IQ? Does he have a better character, intellect and personality than a shorter one? If you can answer "yes" to every single of those facts, then I will believe you but otherwise, this is just fake news.

Do you have any reliable government or statistics or data from an official medical authority that would support your claim?

Obviously, information gathered from porn sites are not unbiased.

Im not the one putting emphasis on something so trivial... its other people who are. Im just trying to make sense of what I have observed. And no, I see this in real life, and not on porn sites. Also, having a high IQ, better character etc doesn't matter to women in the long run. Only height does apparently.

Yes, like I said, pretty much every couple I have seen in real life. Its my own lived experience. What I'm trying to find out is whether or not your experience is different. I guess the reason why your dodging the question is because (unfortunately) Im right.

Most people aren't hyper focused on height. Remember when people mention preferences they're not hard and fast rules. Nobody is perfect and most people realize that.

Its much more of a subconscious thing than a conscious thing for most people. Sure girls who consciously don't care about height will date a short guy, but they will always subconsciously hate their boyfriend's height.
