Of course, you will say that you obtained their written or verbal approval but nobody can prove it and unless you can prove that you obtained their approval, your act is illegal.

Also, stating that these persons are active on social media and that they post their pictures is not an excuse because they are the ones that posts them and not a third party that steals them from them.
