I can't enjoy from anything

Hi. Wel let's figure it out together. I'm sure it cold be many reason. s. the world is changing right now. With all the chemicals in the pollution and the bulshit in the air.
It makes us feel certain ways it changes our body Chemistry there is less Oxygen in the the air. That brings us all down

And then if you know anything about energy and if you can feel energy. All it takes is being around someone with bad energy. And that will make you sick every day.

It's winter time people have their heaters on if you have a cracked block in your be breathing in carbon monoxide and that will just take you down a road.

Maybe you don't feel loved or maybe you feel to much of it.. But there has to be a reason
And if you don't mind I would like to figure it out with you

Live is a challenge but not a race. There's always something that will be there to ruminate on and make you feel bad. Then there's others who will also accidentally or intentionally do things to let you down and give you pause for thought.

BUT there are other things and people who do the opposite. And there's puppies that are delightful.

I think people can go through phases where they feel stuck or they loose their sense of purpose. It might be helpful to do things that make you happy. If you can’t think of anything, try exploring new hobbies. Talking to people also helps. Sometimes people also need goals and motivators in life, these can give you a sense of direction and satisfy the longing for meaning.

Like 2 or 3 years ago before I entered the university

Yeah, that can be a very stressful time in your life, especially depending on what you're studying.

I really changed in a bad way. I think if i grow up i will have a good relationship with. Everything is bad because of this i dont have a boyfriend. I feel so lonely

Do you not interact with other people around you and in your classes? Lots of people in college feel like this at some point or another, and are just trying to get by.

Go see a Dr and seem what they can do to help I take anxiety and depression meds and they do wonders
