How much and what kind of experience should males have before starting to date?

Usually a Woman that has a healthy mindset only expects a man to be mentally stable, nothing else... when you're mentally stable it means you're healthy enough to be able to keep a relationship seriously without playing games... It's easy.. don't waste your time with Women asking you too much... if you like who you are, and you have been exposed to good things in life, and treat yourself good that's all it needs buddy trust me...

Dating readiness is more about personal maturity, self-awareness, and a healthy perspective on relationships. The problem is more and more men these days don't find all of that until they are well into their 30s — if they are lucky.
