Men and women, what dating advice do you have for one another?

When she brings up an issue she has (and not necessarily with you, just in general), sometimes all she is looking for is sympathy, not a solution. She may already know the solution, but just needs to confide in you.
Be open to communicating. If something needs to be addressed, make the time to sit down and talk to her about it. Give each other some time to breathe and be relaxed when talking about tough stuff. If she just needs to vent, let her vent. Be open-minded. And, hopefully, she'll be open to reciprocating this.
Very wise advice

Thoughtful...
When someone expresses something that bothers them, do not ignore them. Even if it is criticism towards you, and if it bothers you so much then simply end the relationship.
Right constructive criticism provides room for improvement
It does, however lots of people don’t want to be told what they’re doing wrong.
