Sure, if you've been with someone for a little while. You get to know their usual body language, and will for sure notice when it changes. However, that shouldn't be what I have to rely on. If it is, then that's a problem. But yes, I think that in general you can read a girlfriend's general mood (sad, mad, happy, tired etc)

It depends. You have to know what body language signs to look for. But it is definitely possible.

Well everyone has body language but a lot of people do miscommunicate. I think people need to communicate verbally like adults and as time goes on you’ll better understand one another’s wants. Needs. Expressions. Etc.

Whilst no one can read minds, reading body language is a skill that anyone can practise. Sometimes it's enough to notice a change, even if you don't know what it means. This can open up opportunities to ask questions. You can get a pretty good idea of what someone is feeling, but it's important to ask them what they're experiencing, rather than assuming you know everything. So yeah, body language can give signals, but verbal communication can help us understand ourselves and each other better.
