Why do shorter men seem to be more interested in tall women of 6ft and over than tall men themselves?

Not that it’s a bad thing, I was just curious. As a 6’4 woman, dating has been difficult and I’ve only had one real relationship that lasted a year in a half. It was a great relationship until my 5’7 ex dumped me for emasculating him. He didn’t have a problem before. He dumped me for wearing four inch heels (making me 6’8) and he broke up with me for embarrassing him and he can’t be seen with me anymore and he was fed up. Whatever his loss.
Taller men said I was too tall for them. Even a 6’11 man said I’m too tall and prefers women under 5’7. I can’t help but be jealous of shorter women with tall guys or at least guys taller than them. I mean it’s all about the personality and I’m we’re open the date guys different heights, but I still have a preference in men my height or taller. Last week I went on a date with this guy, but he said that it’s better if we just not see each other anymore because not only that I’m very huge for a woman, I’m a virgin that wants to wait until marriage to have sex and then he walked off. We had a great chemistry, and then the date ended badly. He’s 6’1.

My friends that are 5’1, 5’3 and 5’5 have boyfriends that are 6ft and over. What gives? Most men 5’11 and under hit on me. One time a 5’3 man wanted to hook up.
