How long to text before you ask a coworker out? how do you know they're interested?

Well just remember the longer you wait you start loosing your chance. Some people point blank will not proactively make a move on a coworker meaning they will eventually move on and find someone else if they’re interested. Rejection sucks but worst case scenario you’ll have closure and won’t be wasting your time on someone.
