When I first read your question I read it wrong. My mom never liked any of my girl friends. But it was ok. My life my choice. I new the moment I Introduce them that I would get the look abd I would always warn the girl about her.. it's one thing when a parent does it...

But it's a whole nother world when a brother is sister says something even tho I would nit listen. But it's a different story with you and your sister. . And I say your doing a good job just remember there us a reason. For everything and she has to learn on her own about relationships and the pain we go through. But all the other crap that comes with it you read right through it. And you must say something I say good job your the best big sister

When my father was alive, yes - my sister and I had to pick people he'd approve otherwise we'd not get any money, business or share any other asset.

Now that he's no longer with us (bless his soul, space cowboy) our mother's opinion doesn't count and we can do whatever we want.
